Conor is responsible for sourcing recyclable materials for the company and leads a team of purchasing managers who procure material from sites across the UK and Ireland. Outside of work, Conor is a dedicated runner and competes in a range of field sports.

Sarah Smith - Finance Director
Sarah is the Finance Director at Nevis, with responsibility for overseeing the administration and logistics teams at our busy Bishop Auckland office. She plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family.

Lance Newton - Manager
Lance brings many years of experience within the recycling industry and is our primary point of contact for expert advice and guidance. Now semi-retired and working part-time, he supports sales enquiries and works closely with Sarah on the company’s financial matters. Outside of work, Lance enjoys hill walking and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Bryony Thompson - Office Manager
Bryony is an Office Manager with responsibility for accounts, reporting, and compliance documentation. Outside of her professional role, she volunteers as Team Secretary for a grassroots youth football team. In her spare time, Bryony enjoys spending quality time with her family and dining out.

Elissa Tray - Senior Office Administrator
Elissa is the Senior Administrator, responsible for compliance documentation, coordinating shipments, and liaising with haulage companies to ensure efficient customs clearance. She also provides support to the sales and marketing functions and assists with the sourcing of recyclable materials. Outside of work, Elissa is a dedicated supporter of Newcastle United Football Club and enjoys attending matches.

Alana Firbank - Office Administrator
Alana is responsible for coordinating shipments and liaising with shipping lines to manage customs clearance documentation. Outside of work, she maintains an active lifestyle by regularly attending the gym and participating in weekly dance classes. She also has a strong interest in travel and enjoys exploring different countries.

Harriet Humphrey - Office Administrator
Harriet is responsible for coordinating shipments and completing all required customs documentation. She liaises with hauliers on a daily basis to ensure the efficient movement of goods. Outside of work, she enjoys dining out and visiting the Lake District.
Toby Mottram - Business Development Manager
Toby is responsible for the procurement of recyclable materials for Nevis, covering the South and Midlands of England as well as South Wales. In addition, Toby supports the development of new UK sales outlets for the company.
