If you go down to the woods today…you may meet your worst nightmare!
The living dead invaded the Grove at Hamsterley Forest, County Durham, on Sunday, October 21, looking for unsuspecting victims, in the fourth Butterwick Zombie Run.
In this exciting and challenging 5k run, participants had to tackle obstacles and smoke grenades, as well as evade the flesh-eating zombie horrors, in an attempt, to keep hold of their 5 life tags and reach the Safe Zone. For those caught or infected by the zombies, making it to the finish line to receive life-saving decontamination was vital.
Members of the Nevis office staff took part in this popular event which was held in aid of the Butterwick Hospice.
An enjoyable day was had by all.
